Eva

Eva is a small restaurant located at 317 S Main St in Salt Lake City, Utah, serving small plates and drinks. The restaurant is dedicated to and named after chef Charlie Perry's great grandmother, Eva Coombs, who passed on her respect for quality ingredients and the shared pleasure of eating.

The menu at Eva features a variety of small dishes, not-so-small dishes, craft cocktails, a hand-picked wine list, and desserts made at Eva's Bakery, a French-style boulangerie just down the street. The restaurant promotes family-style dining, encouraging the sharing of dishes.

Eva Coombs was renowned for cooking with love and butter, and her great grandson, Charlie Perry, was inspired by her passion for French cooking and respect for ingredients. Charlie Perry opened Eva, the restaurant, and Eva's Bakery Boulangerie in her honor.

If a reservation is not available, walk-in traffic is welcome, but names must be put on the wait list in person.

The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City and does not have a parking lot, so patrons are advised to allow adequate time to find street or garage parking. A corkage fee of $15 is also available.
